We’ve curated a range of resources to help you live the best life possible with PSP & CBD.
Whether you want to understand the conditions better, explain what PSP & CBD are to young people or learn more about the support available to you, you will find it all here in one place!
Find out more about our publications, PSPA Matters and our podcast below.
USEFUL PUBLICATIONS
We publish a number of information sheets and guides to support you as you come to terms with a new diagnosis and plan ahead.
From our extensive Personal Guide, to our What to Expect from your Care booklets, and our information sheets to help you navigate changes, we have your questions covered.
INFORMATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Explaining a diagnosis to your family can be a difficult task. Even more so when those family members are young.
To help you with this challenge, we’ve developed information about the conditions for young people aged between 8 and 17 years olds.
PSPA MATTERS MAGAZINE
Our quarterly magazine provides essential updates from the PSPA team, researchers and healthcare professionals. In addition, you can read personal experiences and informative articles about symptom management, care and adaptations.
PSPA PODCAST
The PSPA Podcast was introduced in 2021 to help connect you to different experiences, research updates, PSPA activities and answer questions you might have. Episodes feature different team members, healthcare professionals, researchers and people living with PSP & CBD.
USEFUL ORGANISATIONS
As the only UK charity dedicated to creating a better future, we provide a range of information and support services to help everyone affected by PSP & CBD. Part of this can mean signposting onto other organisations who can help.
We also know, not everyone who accesses our website lives locally and so we’ve pulled together some useful contacts and links to organisation that can help families, in the UK and beyond.
