Are you currently caring for someone living with a diagnosis of PSP or CBD? If so, why not join one of our Carers Support Groups?
The groups offer a relaxed and friendly environment for carers to get together once a month, online via Zoom, to gain friendship and support. To talk about feelings, share experiences and generally discuss things that you may not wish to discuss in front of a loved one.
The format is informal, to encourage people to open up and discuss anything that is on their mind. Regional meetings are held in the evenings and you can find your region and meeting dates below.
Men’s Carers Support Group
- Monday 20 May, 7pm

- Monday 22 June, 7pm
Our Men’s Carers Support Group meets monthly online. If you are a male carer and would like to attend please contact the PSPA helpline to be added to the mailing list.
Day time Carer’s Support Group
We offer one daytime meeting a month, 11am – 1pm which is open to all carers living in the UK. Dates for daytime meetings are

Regional Carer’s Support Group
Region 1 – Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Northumberland, Cumbria, Co Durham, Lancashire, Manchester, North Yorkshire, Tyne & Wear, Merseyside and Isle of Man.
