PSPA FAMILY DAYS
We are pleased to be back out in the community hosting Family Days across the UK.
Family Days provide a great opportunity for you to meet other families affected by PSP & CBD in your area. You also get a chance to hear updates from healthcare professionals, researchers and PSPA.
Family Days 2026
Basildon, Essex
As part of our continued efforts to raise awareness about PSP & CBD, PSPA is hosting a free PSP/CBD information event in Basildon, Essex, on Thursday, 24 September at Wat Tyler Community Centre, Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, Basildon SS16 4UH.
Registration opens at 9:30 AM, and the event will start at 10 AM.
This event will provide an opportunity for a get-together in an informal and relaxed setting. Our programme will be thoughtfully designed for people living with PSP & CBD, family members of all ages, carers, and friends. You will have the opportunity to meet other families affected by PSP & CBD and PSPA Staff. Lunch will be provided.
Aberdare, Wales
PSPA hosted a FREE Family and Friends Awareness morning in Aberdare on Friday, 3 July at CYNON LINC, SEYMOUR STREET, ABERDARE, WALES, CF44 7BD.
The half-day event offered a great opportunity for a get-together in an informal and relaxed setting. Our programme of speakers was thoughtfully designed for people living with PSP & CBD, family members of all ages, carers, and friends.
Stirling, Scotland
PSPA hosted a FREE Family and Friends Awareness morning in Stirling on Thursday, 18 June at The Barracks, Forthside Way, Stirling, FK8 1QZ.
The event provided an opportunity for a get-together in an informal and relaxed setting. It was a great opportunity to meet other families affected by PSP & CBD and PSPA Staff.
Lincolnshire
PSPA was delighted to host our FREE Family Day in Lincolnshire on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. We invited families and carers of people living with PSP & CBD to attend the event and connect in a supportive environment. People had the opportunity to share lived experiences, build local support networks, and hear the latest updates from leading clinical experts.
The event took place at The Petwood Hotel, Stixwould Road, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6QG, from 9 am to 1:30 pm. Our programme was thoughtfully designed for people living with PSP & CBD, family members of all ages, carers, and friends.
Family Day 2025
We were delighted to host our free Family Day in Milton Keynes on Saturday, 28 June. The event brought together families affected by PSP & CBD, creating a warm and supportive space to connect with others facing similar experiences. Guests heard from healthcare professionals who shared valuable insights, and enjoyed a range of engaging activities, including powerful collaborative art pieces titled Love, Frustration and Joy, and an uplifting movement session led by Kath from Neuro Heroes.
