PSPA MATTERS 2024
Edition 3
Inside Edition 3 of PSPA Matters you will find lots to inform, inspire and entertain you.
Our cover article features budding artist Wendy Blacklock, who recently exhibited some of her marvellous acrylic paintings at our Family and Friends Day in Stirling! Wendy is keen to inspire others to give art a try after she fell in love with it following her own PSP diagnosis.
Focusing on the theme of care, inside the magazine you will also find articles from our exercise session partners, Neuro Heroes, who share why they think movement is medicine for people living with PSP & CBD.
PSPA Helpline Manager, Julia Brown, gives insight into a typical day providing support and information to our callers. We also share updates from two of our new Support Groups and an overview of all the information and support available from PSPA.
In addition, PSPA Supporter Nadia Mendoza shares her experience of planning and supporting her Mum as her PSP symptoms progressed.
