The Pocklington Support Group is an opportunity to meet other people living with PSP/CBD, carers, family and friends, health and social care professionals, to share information, encouragement and refreshments.
Come for tea and cake, and the opportunity to get together with other people in similar circumstances to you. It is a chance for us to meet each other, to share helpful advice and provide support and friendship. We would love to see you there.
Many of the groups invite visiting speakers such as benefits advisers, Parkinson’s nurses or other health and social care professionals, to share expertise on managing PSP and CBD on a daily basis.

Dates for your diary:
- 16 November – Christmas card-making workshop. The lovely Chris and Rachel will be taking the lead – we’ll have everything available for you to get creative and make your own special cards for the ones you love.
- 14 December – Christmas party with afternoon tea style buffet – sandwiches/cakes/hot mulled non-alcoholic wine, Christmas music, party games and an inclusive floristry option for you to make a Christmas door wreath or table centrepiece. Everything will be provided and this will be suitable for all. If you could let Liz know in advance if you plan to attend it would be really helpful so she can have an idea on numbers for the food/floristry. If you have any special dietary requirements she’d be happy to accommodate these, please just get in touch.
